He doesn't stretch anything, and every time he shoots a 3 will be a heart attack moment.

metta cant hit a midrange jumper anymore. even when he waas in houston he was meh.

plus he doesnt fit our style. we need wings that can run the floor. he does have the size and defense we need for the 2nd backup wingman. maybe morey should put him on his list somewhere in the middle.

oh yeah and hell no to get him as the starting 4. hellllllllll nooooooooooo

That's just turrible. I think I'd rather have young D-Mo start with TJones as back up before putting World Peace anywhere near the roster.

He will be 34 in October. Just feels like a Caroll Dawson move.

    Well he is younger.

I don't get folks referencing Artest elbowing Harden in the head when he was in OKC as a reason not to give him the vet minimum. Kevin Love basically assaulted Luis Scola when he was here & you'd all take him in one hot minute. If you think Artest is old, slow, a headache, etc., that's a much better answer than some elbow shot a couple years ago.

    Just my two cents.

yumm nothing sexier than a bad three point shooter shooting 3s.
would love him to just play forward, forget all this stretch non stretch labels. vet's minimum

Only if we can win him in the blind auction with a bid of $500,000

Yes to Artest, but only at the right price. His toughness would help, and he's crazy enough that DHo won't follow him astray.

I don't think he is talking about trading Asik for him. The word has been that LAL will amnesty him.
