I jumped the gun on this a bit. I think Anderson is a great fit and he comes cheaper than Smith. I'm just not sold on the boneheaded plays of Smith and what he will most likely command contract wise. The Rockets seem to have options and that can only be a positive.
Anderson would be a great fit here, but I still think Omer is the more valuable player and we should get more.
They'd have to offer more than Ryan Anderson. He's not a big enough upgrade to justify giving up Omer in my mind. Plus, that contract...
Would be an AMAZING fit at a reasonable price next to Howard and Harden. Can you just imagine Anderson and Parsons spreading the floor for Howard inside, and Harden/Lin to drive? Would love for this to happen. EDIT: I doubt it's a straight up. I'm certain we'd get a pick or a young player.
He's reaaaaaalllly underrated guys, his jumper is money. cant give him any space, and he's a solid rebounder
great I actually like this deal. It opens up the driving lanes for our guards and allows space for Dwight to operate down low.
Now Ryan Anderson is someone that would be great around Dwight... Much, much better than Josh Smith. Asik has way better value though.
