Regardless of whether we keep Lin, I hope we don't give in to Howard's ridiculous desire to post up as opposed to playing PNR. We need to limit Howard's post-ups to barely more than Asik's and run PNR all day long; he needs to grow the **** up and accept that he sucks as a post threat.
Never seen anyone like Lin be overrated and underrated by so many. That being said, I think Howard is good news for Lin, now he just needs to hold Bev at bay, which will be hard considering Bev is one hard working dude.
If Lin is the #1 option, it's either a losing team or he'll be injured like AI. I think being average on a contender is better for this unselfish guy.
I'm on the Keep Lin bandwagon but it may not be alive for long. We'll see. Not gonna contradict Morey at this point either way. Here's another angle: our team next year will have MANY egos to juggle. Parsons and Harden can mesh with some of it, but Lin is another guy who will sacrifice himself for the purposes of maximizing team chemistry. We can get Dwight and Smith in on this secret handshake shindig.
If Lin is still here I garauntee he will lose his starting position to either Canaan or Bev. Whoever shoots the 3 ball the best will play the most with Dwight.
