Classic Dwight move especially coming from a Magic insider. This is Dwight's chance to prove all the naysayers wrong. He knows the obvious choice is Houston from a basketball perspective but does he have the mental fortitude and say no to a Lakers franchise with its huge history & fanbase? I honestly think he can and he will.
Why would he return to LA as a hero? Is Kobe suddenly going to start kissing his ass now? Are Laker fans going to be jumping for joy that he's still a Laker? If you read the Lakers board, the entire reason why they want Howard there is so he can attract a 2nd star. They don't want him to stay there because they like him. They want him to stay out of necessity, because the alternative is so much worse. If Howard understands how Laker fans feel, there's no way he'd be expecting a hero's welcome by re-signing the way with Kobe
Aint that the truth. I for one have never really cared to much to show my Teams color or pride. But surrounding myself around LA fans in there stadium all drunk ill keep my bragging down if I was to go lol. We already know how much like animals their fans can act like. But true lets wait and see. I hope for the best. I for one can say if it doesnt go. Ill never care for Howard again. We will move past it and continue to thrive.

Unknown in Houston? This past season, the Rockets had a more successful run than Kobe and Jack. Throughout 99% of the season, the Rockets were seeded above Kobe and Jack. The kicker is that it was a team with Kobe and Jack that already had Dwight Howard. Imagine if Dwight was with the Rockets instead. Kobe and Jack would be hosting their TWC show during the playoffs.

Can someone out Dwight in touch with Lebron? Make sure Lebron tells him how winning cures everything and while 4 years ago people were calling him a coward and burning his jersey in Cleavland, they are now can only compare him to greatest basketball player of all time and how Cleavland would love to have him back in 2015. Winning trumps everything, Houston gives you the best shot at it, don't be a sucke.
