The Kings wised up. I still wouldn't mind him going there in the end. He seemed offended at the withdrawal though.
Yeah...what the... Isiah McLemore Iguodala Patterson Cousins It may not be a playoff team but that seems like a exciting team at least...and I think if everything went just right they could sneak in at 8...if cousins matures and McLemore is who a lot of scouts think he can be...

Seems like a hack strategy by the Kings... "Hey take all this money! No? Okay nevermind! Ha!" If you really want to pay a guy millions over a few years to be a part of your team, don't you wait a little longer? This just seems like they don't know what they're doing so they're throwing things at the wall to see what sticks.
That's why Sacramento is Sacramento. I understand that they would have liked to have him decided then...but doing that is pretty silly. Of course he may weigh it over in his mind for a bit...they must have decided on someone better (not sure who that would be...)
"After everything we established – everything we had done – you give me an hour?" Harden told Yahoo! Sports on Monday afternoon.

To make the crazy offer, then withdraw it, will soak the new ownership with the smell of dysfunction that already stained the franchise. A very bad start for them. Same old Kings.
There we go. That makes more sense to his reaction. Like I said, lack of context and all. That had to have been the quickest offer and retraction in NBA history if they indeed were made. Almost comical really. Poor Iggy. "MOTIVATION!!!!!!" indeed.
If these Sacramento owners are crazy like this, maybe Morey can get Patterson back from them for some minor assets.
Ok so now we know who The next comically bad GM is. First offering such a contract, and then withdrawing it. Some organisation really have no direction at all.
