Dwight Howard doesn't want you.

 

The way the Rocket's offense is set up is one on one plays for harden then a spot up jumper.. I believe the Rockets should have stayed with Morris and Patterson who are great shooters. They fit the offense well.

Howard is injury prone and will command too much money.. and Hack a Howard will be done every single game

Yes, his personal life is a mess. Dude is baby mama machine, he's trying to recreate the world in his image. However, this doesn't spill onto the floor where he dominates and actually murders Asik on the floor... So we need a center of his caliber to help us get those wide open looks from 3. We also need a creative offensive coach to get him open besides 12,859 PicknRolls that we run... Come McFail get creative quick

huh? do u pay attention to the stats? dwight howard still played GREAT even tho he was injured. 57%+ Fg and still a top 5 defensive center. stop doing drugs.

 

In an age where there aren't very many centers. In an age where the NBA took the center position off the All-Star ballot.

Not much postseason success at the big dog, and he's had decent talent before.

I hope you don't get flamed, because this forum is all about discussing opinions on basketball and the Rockets -- however, I completely disagree with you.

Howard carried a pretty bad Orlando team to the NBA Finals, and if he would have had a supporting cast like he is going to have with the Rockets back then, he would have won the title. He showed then that he could lead a team to the championship, since what made them lose that series was not his mental weakness but lack of a good supporting cast.

I know Dwight has not been what he was then the last two seasons, but I think he will flourish with the Rockets considering how well he fits with the rest of the roster. He is just a synergistic mesh for what he needs around him to succeed and what this team needs -- both on the court and personality wise.

It is going to be a fun season next year my fellow Rockets fan. if you have misgivings, that's great, it will be fun to discuss them -- but it is going to be a fun season next year.

 

Because teams were all lining up to hack Asik during the regular season. I hope your 3rd post is a bit more intelligent than your 2nd one.

 

Who care's who you like? If This makes the Rockets better so be it.
