If he wins a ring, he will join the elite group of players to have lead their teams to a championship, such as: Terrel Harris (2012 Heat) Dominique Jones (2011 Mavericks) Josh Powell (2010 Lakers) Adam Morrison (2009 Lakers) Patrick O'Bryant (2008 Celtics) Jacque Vaughn (2007 Spurs)
I'm not a Tmac hater, nor am I a huge fan, but I think Pops ought to give hime some minutes here and there to rest some of his primary guys. Tmac is a decent facilitator, even at this point in his career. JVG always knew he was an underrated passer. If the Spurs aren't swinging the ball enough, I'd give Tmac some minutes. I think he knows that his offense is no longer in high-demand, so he can't be a ball stopper. Anyway, it makes absolutely no sense that this man is in the FINALS after all of these years. He may get a ring...for sitting his ass on the bench. Crazy how things end up. If he gets that ring, there better be an asterisk next to his name when it says "former champion." He owes Timmy, TD, Manu and Pops his life for even sitting in that Black and Grey uniform.
You forgot Juwan Howard, who is trying to "lead" the Heat to back-to-back championships. In a suit and tie. Waving a towel.
C'mon at least be a little more clever with the jokes. This one has been done 1000x. It's the "why did the chicken cross the road" of tmac jokes. Why did Tmac cross the road? To get out the first round.
