Funny that you used the word 'Better' to describe SVG, Mike Brown and Mike Dantoni when comparing them to Kevin McHale. Those three are duds, especially DAntoni and Brown. McHale has proven to be superior to those duds in every way.

It's Howard's loss if he doesn't chose Huston, we have Harden and cap space, only not sure about hot chicks..........

If he comes here, his coach will be HOF player Kevin McHale. That means something to players. He'll probably have more respect for McHale from day one than he did for those other guys.

Lol there is NO WAY the Asian food is better than what LA has to offer. It may be comparable, at best, but LA has a humongous immigrant Asian population with an excellent culinary culture. But if that's the thing that will get Dwight to Houston... Yea, we have the best Asian food!

Ha, people keep saying it, I guess thinking it will come true if they keep saying it!

2004-2005: He's only a rookie, his post game will get better.
2005-2006: Only his 2nd year, his post game will get better.
2006-2007: Still only his 3rd year, his post game will get better.
2007-2008: Baby steps, his post game will get better.
2008-2009: Only 24, his post game will get better.
2009-2010: I'm not sure why it hasn't really improved, but he is still young, his post game will get better.
2010-2011: I'm still not sure but his post game will get better.
2011-2012: (At this point, you're saying it to just say it): His post game will get better.
2012-2013: His post game will get better.
2013-2014: 10th year in the league, his post game will get better. lulz

Why dont you stop worrying about the negatives, and focus on the positive improvements he has made throughout the years.... like his free throw shooting....

Who am I kidding, Id still take him in a heartbeat.

If Jeremy can't point out the spots with good asian food, then he's failed the stereotyping he earned with his SAT 2 score.

Was never convinced we needed Dwight until this series. Strong believer in Asik but its clear we need a dominant center

Quite alarming indeed but he still is arguably the best center in the NBA. Whenever a player of that caliber becomes a free agent, you gotta do everything to acquire him.

Just look at it from this perspective, worst case scenario.. you have one heck of a trade asset with him.

Mike Brown ..... what has he ever done without Lebron ?! He got bounced in the 2nd round with the Lakers then got run outa town after a winless preseason and a 1-4 start. Kobe , Pau , Dwight , Meta-RonRon and Nash tho Nash missed two games.

How do you go 1-4 with the best SG and C in the game , a HOF PG , top 5 PF and a solid defender / enforcer.

D'Antoni's record in the playoffs speaks for itself - 1 win in his last 15 playoff games. The Chuck and Duck dont work in the playoffs buddy. I dont think D'Antoni is half the coach that McHale is .... and Im not a McHale fan.
He has no clue how to incorporate bigs into the offense. Everyting is guard oriented .... He wins his share of regular seson games but when the screws tighten in the post season ..... 1-14.

I'll take McHale over either of those two .... (tho thats not saying much).

I sure miss Adleman and Van Grumpy.

Houston has hot chicks, but honest Howard is so over hyped as a center, I p don't want the Rockets to offer him the biggest contract possible. Seriously, he could dominate in the weaker Eastern Conference but in the Western one he becomes Clark Kent's emotional little clone that can't fly.

Building around him, doesn't seem productive IMO.

Good summary. It's pretty simple. If guaranteed money is the dominating factor in his decision, Howard resigns with the Lakers. If he wants to win a title, he'd be wise to go elsewhere with the Rockets or maybe the Hawks being the best options. L.A. will struggle to even make the playoffs next year and beyond that there are no guarantees. Kobe even when he eventually returns will not be the same player, and the supporting cast is a mess right now.

Excellent list, but you forgot one very important one....

(11.) Cost of living is less expensive!

This is crucial in the event he wants to add additional "Baby Mommas"!
He has 5 rumored, and I'm guessing he would love to increase the amount of
Superman offspring before he must leave this world for Kryptons twin brother
    "Planet Kryptied!"...;)

CF when his value is low: We're better off without him. Our guys are better.

When his value is high: We'll never get him. Why can't you attract stars Murray?
