I know, but my point is that he has a better chance at TE in the NFL than at QB. He doesnt have the skill set necessary to play QB...but he has the size and athleticism to possibly make it as a TE. He wont be making many passes in the NFL, unless it's on a trick play.
Klein is purely awful and its not close. His throwing motion is terrible, he has no arm strength, and he has very little accuracy outside of 10 yards. Tearing up the defenses of the Big 12 with scrambles and short passes might make you a Heisman finalist , but not because you are great.. but because EJ Manuel and Geno Smith tanked and the kid from Oregon was ignored. This is the NFL now, and he wont be blessed with the worst defenses in the country week in and week out. He will be cut very quickly if he doesnt move to TE.
kicking the tires on a UDFA, nothing more. We clearly are sticking with Schaub and TJ through our superbowl window. With as many needs as we had, i'm glad we didn't waste a pick on a QB.

Have a feeling that TJ Yates is going to be traded...or released..i dont know why... Kubes is high on Keenum and Klein
TJ Yates already proved he was a solid backup NFL QB. Kubes would be a fool to go with an unknown in Keenum.
