Literally like 10-15 of my friends and family have quit smoking ciggs in the past few months bc of eciggs. I don't even smoke and I've been hitting this ish lol
Joyetech Ego-t. Smoke shops are making a killing on these. Fasttech.com sells generic versions for cheap.
Here's a good thread with some great helpful info. for you Snoop. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=190556&highlight=smoking
I'm still using mine and still off the regular cigarettes. My fiance has also quit her pack a day habbit using them. As per the plan, I'm still enjoying my nicotine Since the last post, I've moved from the 510 model to a variable voltage box mod - basically a battery box, voltage regulator, with a connector for an e-cigarette cartomizer, using rechargable Li-Ion batteries. It hits like a freight train when turned up half-way so there really isn't any reason to go back to the regular cigarettes. The batteries last all day on a charge, so I don't have to carry or buy a bunch of spares anymore. The box mod shouldn't cost any more than about $35-40 pre assembled. The batteries are standard 14500 li-ion batteries(x2) and use a standard li-ion charger. The cartos are about a buck a piece and last a week each with good liquid. The liquid is the trickiest part - finding the flavor and nicotine content and brand that works best for you. The only downside is that this "ecig" no longer resembles a cigarette. This solution works for me - something else may work for you. Do your research before ordering anything. There is plenty of info on the e-cigarette forum (http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com).
Modern times we live in, next thing you know people will have their own modification electronic cigarette device that looks like something out of Star Wars universe: 24 MG of nicotine goodness: which you can buy here: http://shop.vaperev.com/juice/vanilla-cupcake.html <iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/57664481" width="500" height="281" frameborder="0" webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen></iframe> <p><a href="http://vimeo.com/57664481">VapeRevolution x Mojo Unpacking and BreakDown of the Chi_You Mod.</a> from <a href="http://vimeo.com/vaperevolution">VapeRevolution</a> on <a href="http://vimeo.com">Vimeo</a>.</p>
If you want to quit smoking, it is really easy. You just have to do it the right way and you realize nic fits are all mental. Easy for me to type but I quit no problem after watching this webinar. 4 hours and totally worth it. You will never have the desire to smoke again and you will realize that the true physical feeling of nicotine withdrawal is barely more noticeable than a small hunger pang. It's all in the mind... http://www.theeasywaytostopsmoking.com/ Check out the amazon reviews on the book (just like the webinar better) http://www.amazon.com/Easy-Way-Stop.../ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=
2 years since I smoked a cancer stick, but a couple weeks ago I been having really weird shortness of breath. I don't know how to really describe it, but it was kind of like I'd have these bouts where I would feel like I couldn't draw in a full breath for maybe 5-10 minutes. This new research about "popcorn lung" is scaring the **** out of me. Might have to give up the puffing for good.
I did. I quit regular smoking some time ago. I went to a vapor contraption and found myself using it WAY more than I smoked cigarettes. Then I thought about the lack of research and regulation into what they're making this stuff with. I've since stopped it. Gum and toothpicks help with the habit. I never really had a problem with nicotine withdraw so that isn't an issue.
I'm at 4.5 months nicotine free now. My job offered a free cessation program (patches, gum, counseling, etc). Along with that I was reimbursed $800 that I had paid on my 2015 medical insurance simply for being a designated smoker. I'm saving about $250 a month by kicking the habit once I factor in how much I was spending on cigs along with the reduced insurance cost. Plus I can take a deep breath again.... I have gained about 20 lbs though.
My two favorite flavors do not contain diacetyl, Ruthless Grape Drank and Fuzion Waterfelon. Hope everything turns out ok for you.
Anxiety, Asthma, any other allergies? Depends on how many years you smoked + pack/day but smoking opens the door for literally everything your differential goes through the roof to encompass things like renal cancer as well.
