Yes, that's him, Ben Lyons. In the video at 4:28, he was saying welcome to Lin. Ben did a lot of road diary videos for the Knicksnow.com. (That site since has changed a lot and it seems hard to find lots of archive content). There was one he recorded a NY Knicks fan driving all the way to Washington DC to watch Lin's 3rd game after his break-out game against the Nets and Jazz. He captured all the anticipation, excitement and disbelief. It's safe to say Ben Lyons was all there having witnessed every bit of Linsanity. He made this one at the peak of Linsanity. (Man, you can tell from Lin's body language that he was so confident then.) http://www.nba.com/video/teams/knicks/2012/02/20/KnicksvsLakerswgamemov-2009824/index.html
Thanks for the link - I have not seen that one. I wonder where the rest of Ben's videos are. They are not archived in his tumbler. I miss Lin's swag, too. He is in a very different environment now. I'm still convincing myself it is for the better. I'll find out for sure in a couple of years...
That guy Ben Lyons is a film critic/interview guy too. Seen him doing a lot of interviews with actors at film festivals and stuff before seeing him in the Knick's videos. That's his main thing I think. Basketball and Knicks videos is probably just a side gig.

Depends, are you near Austin? If so, catch the film at SXSW. I think they're having a second showing on Saturday, March 16th. Are you in the Bay Area? If so, you can catch it at CAAMFest on March 14th. Are you in Hong Kong? The new distributors who bought the film's rights, Fortissimo Films, is having a showing there March 18-21. Otherwise, you'll have to wait like the rest of us.
The Variety article says it's going to be screened at the Hong Kong's Filmart. I'm not that familiar with it, but it sounds like a film festival/industry purchasing convention. It's probably being shopped to the buyers there. A quick search shows some info on the HK Filmart from the Hollywood Reporter, http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/hong-kong-filmart-sees-tv-424568
I was wondering about that too. Maybe it's because Hong Kong is a more "international" city than say Taipei, and has a significant English-speaking population?
The good news is I'm arriving HK on the 20th @ 2pm while the film starts at 3:30pm. The not so good news is it costs $285 USD to watch as it's only for people from the industry.
He cried, too... <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/n8Mj0Z4TA2M" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Lin's parents google about him... <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/4bBWOOGjzwY" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
