    I first thought this was insane but now I can say I am willing to trade Lin for Ellis because watching Sampson and Mchale coach Ellis would be amazing.
    Just thinking about it....
    Mchale: "Please Monte stop shooting step back 35 footers and run the offense."
    Monte: "F U I am the offense, James go back to your corner, boi"

    Monta can look amazing on any given night. But watch him over time and you'll see his inconsistency, his lack of defense, his negative impact on team harmony and cohesion. Read the GSW boards, the fans don't miss him.

    Monta Ellis quite literally sucks lmao. Piss poor defender and the opposite of Harden scoring wise. Ultra inefficient. Yep great combo. Dude makes Lin look like Steph Curry.

    This is a funny thread. It might have made some sense if we're talking about 2010 Ellis. But 2013 Ellis is not the guy this team needs.

    Pg is not a very important position when you have a ball dominant guard like harden. The perfect complement would be a great defender and spot up shooter. Something like d fish in his prime.

    so in one thread I've heard the OP talking about "efficient" and "Ellis" in the same sentence, then "high percentage/efficiet" and "mid range jumper" in the same sentence, then "Ellis" and "spacing the floor" together?

    Ellis went off last night because he had James 'no defense' Harden guarding him.

    if Lin was guarding Ellis instead of Harden, Lin would never let him go off like that.
