Jose Altuve. He's all they've got.

JJ Watt, while very good, is simply not as important to the Texans as James Harden is to the Rockets.

Watt is right up there with Campbell as the greatest football player I've ever seen play for a Houston team.

One player on the Texans d line doesnt even come close to the impact of a player on the starting 5 of the Rockets

James Harden is more important to his team. JJ Watt is the best in the league at what he does though, can't say the same for Harden except top10 or mayyyybe top 5.

Try using that argument against the longest streak of sellout crowds in Houston sports history.

Important or popular? In terms of importance to the team now, and in the future, I don't think there's even a debate. James Harden IS the Houston Rockets. However, in terms of popularity, J.J. Watt completely owns this town. People are probably naming their children after him.

One thing about both guys especially watt, both have embraced the city. Watt is everywhere.

I'm a bigger basketball fan than football fan, so for me it's harden...

But the more popular guy and the face of Houston sports is JJ Watt! The dude has embraced the city so much you would think he was raised there.

How awesome is it to have James Harden, JJ Watt, Andre Johnson and The Dream recruiting superstars in the offseason?

Also raised in So Cal and only one in my family who hated the Lakers, moved here in 1999 and went to my first Rockets home game (just happened to be the game where Shaq and Chuck got in the famous fight haha)
