    LA won tonight and took over the #8 spot (beat a good Portland team too).

    Hmm, I guess it will be between us and Phoenix for the last spot.....

    This is ridiculous. The geriatric Utah Jazz will make the playoffs whille the talented Rockets might not. Pathetic.:mad:

    I hope LA makes it as the eighth seed so they can knock off the stupid Mavericks. I want us to make the playoffs, of course, and i think our best shot is the seventh slot...given that we have played Sacramento very well this year.

    But I would settle for ANY playoff spot...thats for sure.

    I just feel that the seventh spot is where the Rockets can do some damage.

    Mavs would sweep Rox 4-0 in first round, if Rox somehow got into the playoffs, anyway. Who cares?

    suns and rockets is what it will come down to. If the rockets start right now and start beating on garbagre teams. They will overtake the suns. I wouldnt bet on it however. rockets will be watching again come playoff time. eh next year.
