Id like Sloan but its so wrong. I guess we can say the same about McHale. However its been reported that Les likes a fast paced team, therefore Sloan is out. If I have to guess it would be Finch

Clearly this man. And if you know who he is... you win...
    self-satisfaction!
Tip below (warning, like in reality, he may move too fast to be spotted clearly)

Why not Chris Finch? That's who Morey wanted all along, right?

If McHale resigns in the offseason, which wouldn't surprise me considering all he's gone through, maybe Finch is given the job.

McHale is not the real problem. Who hired McHale in the first place? McHale had a track record which was not outstanding by any means. But he was still hired by someone up there in the Rockets' organization.
For chrissakes, fire the real culprit in this whole major mess!!

Larry Brown, for the span of 3 years until he loses interest and has wanderlust at the end.

Agreed. I felt the job interview conversation were something like this...

Morey: Welcome to Rockets job interview. What can you bring to help Rockets become a contender?

McHale: I would tell them to go play harder! Oh, also I am a Hall of Famer. Did you watch my old days as Celtics? Were I unstoppable or what?

Morey: Yes you are and I am a huge fan of you. You know what, I will hire you right away!

Yeah, too bad the Lakers were too cheap to hire Phil Jackson, otherwise D'Antoni would still be available

Why fire McHail to hire Sampson or Finch? The team is playing Finch's offense and Sampson's D - both failing! If you are going to make changes, get a new guy. Adelman must be enjoying himself now big time after blowing us with a pick-up team.

Pointless thread is pointless because Morey/Les don't fire coaches. They let them go at the end of contract, but don't fire them.

In this respect, at least they're better than Bob "I always extend my coach 2 years early" McNair. But still not quite on par with the Nets or the Lakers.

I second that motion. I wish I could be a fly on the wall when Jeremy met him in LA when Rockets played there and when he spoke to Coach D's brother after the game in Houston.

jVG, Jerry Sloan, Gentry, Mcmillan, or any assistant backing Popavich, he teaches everyone in his camp well. Wouldn't be dealing with this crap from Royce if he was over there, he'd freakin' know better. Pop don't play dat!!! lol
