    We still have a pretty good chance to win this game. We need to grab rebounds and Harden and Lin go beast mode.

    this team doesn't have that much swagger. Other than Harden, they don't seem overly confident. Everytime the Celtics scored you could see their bench get pumped up, all their players are excited and they seem to feed off the energy. Celtics players seem to have more swag, energy, know-how. Rockets seem outmatched in the mental game. Could be wrong, but my opinion comparing these teams.

    Lin and Parsons are the only ones playing with energy, others... smh :(
    Asik and Smith would have been better if they made their free throws.

    Harden has a max contract (more than double Lin's salary), AND Harden has 5 TO's. So, if he didn't have the TO's, we'd say he's having a good game as he's averaging 25 ppg (13 so far).

    So, unless you're Expecting 20 ppg from Lin, yes, he IS held to a different standard.

    Unless you're arguing Lin is a "superstar", then you could say he's under performing, but then he would also be monstrously UNDERPAID.

    And how exactly ARE we to gauge it other than how he's done SO FAR this game?

    Hope Mchale realizes that they don't have a true center. Keep banging them inside. I don't care if Asik or Smith keep missing layups or free throws. Make this a game plan.

    Hell, I'd bench them all, forfeit the game, make an official apology and pay Stern a quarter of a million dollars. The effort is just absolutely embarrassing. There isn't anybody on the team I'd grade out at D or higher for for their play tonight. And I'll be all excited and cheering for them if they make a second half comeback, but honestly, it'd be better for our guys to get the absolute hell beaten out of them when they play like this, and have it show up as a 2-hour SportsCenter. They're not ever going to learn to bear down when the other team is playing well.
