The common sense answer is that Lin is figuring things out as he gets more acclimated with his teammates and the system. While coaches are figuring things out as they get more familiar with his game and disposition in relationship to the rest of the team dynamics.

It is after all a TEAM sport. And certainly all players and coaches contribute both to successes and failures.

If 6003s a day works, then let lin shoot 650 3s a day, so he will be better than Novak.:grin::grin:

And they trusted him more because of his 38 point outburst. :)

Good thing he only had to score 38pts once for the coaches to start trusting him more. Whew!

Well, the first time Lin played without Harden due to injury, he had 13 points on 5-15 shooting. Do you think the coaches should've trusted him after that game?

Lin sucked early in the year. He then got better. It's not a big deal. He's young, on a new team, and coming off an injury. No need to read into conspiracy theories when common sense fits the narrative perfectly.

Completely over your head. Please, don't associate my name with conspiracy theories. You keep bringing it up, let it go.

Lin has had a better season than Ty Lawson who got a 48 mil/4 year extension this past offseason.

Has Ty Lawson been struggling? Everybody has been talking about Deron Williams didn't know that Ty hasn't been play well.

I think Harden benefits greatly from Lin playing good.
Harden is still the #1 option, but it takes a lot of pressure off him and he can play more comfortably knowing other players on the team are performing.

Yeah he has but nobody has been talking about it except probably Denver media. Their was that ESPN per diem article that called for Lin to be benched, but yet nothing for Lawson? He has a lower PER. Also ge went for 1-7 in their last game.

Is it sad that I changed the channel to ESPN?

I think Harden can just flat out play basketball. His efficiency and shot selection does improve having Parsons, Lin and the PF's score well.

Yes, i was just saying. It is an easier game for him if teams have to worry about other people than him.
No fun getting double teamed / triple teamed

What an excellent article. Shows how much heat the Rockets are starting to generate around the league. More nationally televised games please !

The whole team is jelling, Red Rising Nation finally !

Harden is playing much better with Lin on the bench.

Exactly, why can't it be both? Players learn the new system as much as coaches learn their new players. It happens simultaneously and there will be growing pains for both groups, but guess what, we are already seeing results after 30 something games.
