TD loves to pull up his pants before a play. Gives that extra defensive sticky boost. Tony "pants up" Douglas
Yes badlee yes. Soon your brazilian whirlwind Machado will be called up too. Start preparing your jerking-off hand. Left or Right? either way, get it loose and ready.
No...is it possible that Coach Mchale has poor offensive rotations???...yes... Harden and Lin can both have their moments...but you should not have both of them on the bench together at any time..thats not how u maintain scoring...
No and no. Just no. No no no no no no. Noooo. This is TD's extreme high right now. Don't worry, he will start playing like he did in the beginning of the season: very poorly.
IDK. Double figure scoring and good defense in the past few games? Also he seems to be getting more comfortable with each game.
Do you honestly think Lin played poorly, as bad as when TD plays poorly, or just not up to the public's scoring/FG% expectations? I saw Lin improving his handle since last year, continuing to play excellent man and help D, rebounding, making hustle and loose ball plays, taking charges, passing much better on transition, and overall passing well, even improving his FT%, and therefore having improved his game overall since last year. Of course his shooting was way off (and his foul-drawing in his new role), but that's how shooting goes, especially with someone who is in a new role and is coming of an injury (even if you think it is minor). There are many categories to judge a player, especially a PG, and I'm getting the sense that most everyone, including seasoned and well-informed Rockets fans, think that Lin did not contribute early in the year.
It's funny people just naturally assume sucking is the norm for Douglas. Especially given the influx of I'm assuming ex-Knicks fans. Douglas performed pretty well as a Knick rookie. Basically one good season, one horrible season, and this year started poorly before coming on strong. It's a mixed bag for sure, but there's just as good a track record of Douglas being useful as there is of him being crap.
Douglas's performance has nothing to do with how he is perceived in the GARM imo. It's the fact that he's getting playing time which, most times means that those ex-Knicks fans' favorite player isn't on the court. But he hit a 3!!!!!!!!!!
Dude is averaging 14 points on almost 50% and over 60% from the 3pt line in the last 5 games. Those are Jamal Crawford off the bench numbers.
