He's no Calvin, but Clyde has gone from horrific to bearable. He sounds like he's actually been doing some homework and he actually makes revelant contributions every so often. Last year I had to watch games on mute because of how bad it was, this year I've been able to keep it on.
It's so weird because there's 3 of them now. The other two are saying something, and he just go opposite them regardless of how stupid it sounds. I love Clyde, I really really do. As an announcer, not so much. He does make me laugh from time to time though.
Tonight another classic Clyde. "Shaun Livingston was with the Rockets all season long, that is until the regular season started."
Nope. Sorry. Several years in and Clyde is just as bad as he ever was. I wish they sent Calvin back to the booth and Clyde to the studio.
I guess agree to disagree. Maybe less is more to me- since Bull is there too, Clyde doesn't have as many chances to say ridiculous things. I think we all can agree that Calvin should be back in the booth.

Maybe he has been doing a little homework, but he's still terrible, better than year but still terrible. There has been plenty of times where he continues to say really ignorant things, as if he doesn't know what the hell he's talking about and just pulling random things out of his behind.
But there are some nights he seem decent and somewhat tolerable to listen to but there are still those types of nights where he is just irritating.
Clyde had this one joke bout jewelry or so...will rep if someone finds that and posts it up... it was in this game...towards the fourth quarter..
It was in reference to Cartier Martin's name.The other guys missed the obvious rejoinder: "Well WATCH this!"
