EG's shooting-pose is alright. Matrix on the other hand has the ugliest release of all time.

Yep, Marion's shot could possibly be the brokest of all time for a sf.

We are of course not considering Bo Outlaw's free-throw stroke?

Tyus Edney has my vote. Even by the time he was a contributing NBA player (with Sacramento I think) he could launch missiles with his jumpshot. Very ugly form, but he was still a reliable outside shooter.

Form isn't everything. Bruins teammate George Zedik was considered a good shooter. When he was defended straight-up however he had no speed and was forced into hurling running lefty hooks.

The worst foul-shooting stroke among NBA players is Ben Wallace's. He has not control of where the ball goes, but it is not entirely his fault -when someone lifts as much as he does the ball seems way too light.

The worst jumps shot among active NBA players (that have range beyond 3" from the basket) belongs to Vin Baker. Not just because of his slow release, but also due to the fact that he shoots on the way down. Do you wonder why he gets stuffed by 6'4" guards? $50 million well-spent...

    [still venting over the trade]

Marions shot is extreemly ugly but for some reason it goes in. I think he's shooting something like 37% from three point range and 80% from the free throw line.
