Agree. SVG will probably be my first choice since he shapes his offensive system based on the personnel available and have the players take high efficient shots. His defensive system, well, enough said.
Guess who's not the only one asking why. http://www.foxsportswest.com/11/14/...y/msn_landing.html?blockID=819795&feedID=3657
Mute point, I believe he said he wouldn't come back for any other team then the Lakers when he "retired."
Would love to have Kenny "The Jet" Smith coach this team and hire Sir Charles and Hakeem The Dream as assistants.
Why? He REQUESTED to be interviewed by two different teams (Cavs in 2005, Kings in 2009) and got DENIED both times. Now, admittedly, the circumstances in both cases were a little bit weird, but still, requesting to be interviewed by two different teams and getting denied both times should tell you something.
In addition to the many other points made in this thread for why Jackson wouldn't join the Rockets, the players on the team are a horrible fit for the triangle.
I actually think Phil and Morey would compliment each other well despite the team being underwhelming so far. Morey deals with all the external statistics, and evaluation stuff, while Phil deals more with the internal issues, such as mindsey, personalities, and keeping the team level headed.
