    I'd substitute Minny for Sacramento.

Barring any freak injuries or blockbuster trades, I think it's safe to predict the West quite easily.
    Lakers
    Thunder
    Spurs
    Clippe
    Nuggets
    Mavericks
    Grizzlies
    Timberwolves

Jazz, Suns, and Warriors fight for 9th seed.

East is a little less easy to predict, at least as far as the lower seeds go.

    Heat
    Celtics
    Pacers
    Knicks
    Nets
76ers (Bynum will be out for a time, I predict.)
    Bulls
Hawks (Could see Bucks sneaking in.)

I think it's more fun predicting who'd be in the 9th-7th spot.

Utah has a better chance then Minny.

Rubio's health is in question, they dont have decent SGs, only depth up front is Steisma and Amundson.

Utah made it last season and no they have better PG plus their youngsters will improve.

    West:

    1. OKC
    2A. LAL
    2B. SA
    4. LAC
    5. DEN
    6. DAL
    7. MEM
    8. Pho and Utah for the tiebreaker

    East:
    1. MIA
    2. IND
    3. CHI
    4. BOS (Believe they are the 2nd best team in the East, but will go through highs and lows during the season)
    5. NYK
    6. PHI
    7. ATL
    8. CLE, TOR, DET, WASH fight for the last seed.

I'm also surprised that everybody is high on the wolves. Roy and Rubio are just injuries waiting to happen

I like the Warriors as the challenger for the 8th spot. They have a good backup pg in jarret jack in case Curry gets injured and a top 5 center in Bogut when healthy. The rest of their team is also pretty good: a decent, rebounding pf in lee, a good, young sg in klay thompson, and of course Harrison Barnes at sf.

Don't know bout you, but there wouldn't even be a playoffs this season. The world ends after just a few NBA games.
