That would be nice, but you forgot about Martin going out in this trade as a necessity salary wise. With that said, I think we take out #3 and one of #4 and the deal falls around there in the end. Of course lots of these unsigned players will be added to make salaries work as we also probably take back 3 bad contracts at least in order to not give up any of our rookies.

What is the protection on Sacramento's pick? It can't be unprotected.

2013 first round draft pick from Sacramento
Sacramento's own 2013 first round draft pick to Cleveland (top-13 protected in 2013, top-12 protected in 2014, top-10 protected in 2015, top-10 protected in 2016 and top-10 protected in the 2017 Draft) If Cleveland has not received a first round pick from Sacramento by 2017, then Sacramento shall convey their own 2017 2nd round draft pick to Cleveland provided it is within the top-55 picks. If it is not, then Sacramento's obligation to Cleveland shall be extinguished. (Cleveland-Sacramento, 6/30/2011)

    vs

2013 first round draft pick from Toronto
Toronto's own 2013 1st round pick to Houston (Top-3 Protected and 15-30 Protected in the 2013 Draft, top-2 protected and 15-30 protected in 2014, top-2 protected and 15-30 protected in 2015, top-1 Protected and 15-30 protected in 2016, top-1 protected and 15-30 Protected in 2017 and unprotected in the 2018 Draft. [Houston-Toronto, 7/11/2012]

Dunno about you, but I'd rather have the Toronto obligation.
