After listening to the press conference, I'd say definitely, Lin is an articulate guy. Excited to have him as a leader of the team. Excited to watch him mesh with the rest of the team. Excited about the direction of the team. Looks good.
When Lin gave details about how he is going to work on improving his game, he hinted that he was going to use Daryl's advanced stats to pinpoint how to improve.
I think he will be similar to Battier, in terms of being a good guy, charismatic, always saying the right thing and doing the right thin, and being cerebral on the court. Of course, their contributions are different. Hope he proves the Knicks wrong!
