Marshoon Brooks for Dallas pick? too much to give up? since Lee and Martin are on their way out. Marshoon Brooks/jeremy lamb combo pretty solid huh?

it looks like the trade for Howard to the Nets can fall

Someone here in BBS sugest that a trade between ORL, LAL, HOU and MIN is possible.
So in a last try, I propose

    Howard, Scola to LAL
    Bynum, Turkoglu to HOU
    Gasol, Richardson to MIN
ORL get Derrick Williams, Wesley Johnson and a first from MIN and some young players and 1 or 2 first from HOU

I think that for Orlando is better than the Nets offer

This is biased in our favor but what the hey --

    Rockets -- Bynum, Ridnour
    Wolves -- Pau, Duhon, Richardson
Lakers -- Howard, Turkeyglue, Webster, Miller
Magic -- Martin, Derrick Williams, Patterson, Morris, Wes Johnson, Toronto 1st rounder, Minnesota first rounder, the Dallas pick

    Howard and Bynum sign extensions.
    Everyone is happy.

Behind Ilyasova, Gooden and Dalembert then Bucks have Udoh, Sanders and Henson. Surely not all 6 can take up two spots. Cole Aldrich and Daniel Orton are unused by their teams too.

    Jeremy Lamb+Marcus Morris+Terrance Jones for Udoh+Aldrich+Orton.

That's one of the worst trade ideas I've ever seen on here. What GM would ever consider this (from our perspective, of course)?

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" lang="de"><p>Deleted last night from today's CA story: Griz had mild trade talks with Knicks 4 Toney Douglas, who is now going to Houston in deal 4 Camby</p>&mdash; Commercial Appeal (@CAGrizBlog) <a href="https://twitter.com/CAGrizBlog/status/222724140770144257" data-datetime="2012-07-10T16:09:07+00:00">Juli 10, 2012</a></blockquote>

Rockets might be able to re-route Douglas to the Grizzlies, if they so wish, for Dante Cunningham and a few second rounders.

You could also do a bigger trade involving Martin, Douglas and Gay. Whether or not you actually want to trade for Gay, considering the contract he's on, is another question.
If you believe Chris Broussard, though, the Rockets have talked to the Grizzlies about Gay and with the Grizzlies missing out on Ray Allen and Shved, a trade centered around Martin and Douglas for Gay might not be so far fetched.

We trade 2 lottery picks and another first rounder for players that can't get in their teams rotation?

    this is my theory

If morey is willing to deal for bynum instead of getting dwight ourselves...
It is because we would get both bynum AND gasol.

The trade would look something along the lines of
Bynum + gasol + turk in for hou
While scola, dwight, richarson go to LA
    And
Martin, parsons, dmo, lamb, jones, tor pick, dallas pick goes to orl

    Our lineup becomes
    Bynum/asik/harrelson
    Gasol/patpat/white
    Turk/morris
    ?resign lee/douglas
    ?lin/livingston

Get- Martin, raptor pick, Harrelson, Moultree, Morris, Hou 2014 1st,
Dallas pick, Jones, future philly 1st

LA trades- Bynum, Gasol, McRoberts (exp. contract)
Get- Dwight, Iggy, Scola, J-rich, Duhon

Philly trades- Iggy, Moultree, future 1st rd pick (whenever available, lotto-protected)
