I really hope some of these guys are gone buy then.. We have too many prospects at the same position as one another...

There are a lot of PFs on this team. PPats minutes are not guaranteed. He's going to have to earn them.
Heres a link to the stream you can buy from NBA.com for all the summer league games for $15- https://account.nba.com/summerleaguebroadband
I was worried that Jeremy Lamb and Greg didn't fit the team, seeing as they're guards and centers. Very relieved now to see them now listed as forwards.
Man, we need PT for the players we are going to count on. Not sure why the roster has so many "who are those guys" this year. 14 Kyle Fogg G 6-3 188 1/27/90 Arizona/USA R 45 Jerai Grant F 6-8 220 1/10/89 Clemson/USA R 16 Manny Harris G 6-5 185 9/21/89 Michigan/USA 2 32 Eli Holman F/C 6-10 260 3/22/89 Detroit/USA R 26 Diamon Simpson F 6-7 230 9/8/87 Saint Mary’s (CA)/USA 1
Oh hell no. White has superstar potential and some of the best post moves to come out of college in the last several years.
Remind me, is their any signing advantage to having a player on your Summer Team or are they still just free agents (since we will probably need Machado)
Simpson actually has an NBA contract with us. It's not guaranteed, but he's on the main roster. Harris is an interesting player. He's played for Cleveland last 2 years, which is 2 more years on an NBA roster than most guys on the list. He's capable of playing the point, and is a decent enough scorer, with excellent rebounding skills. His shot is inconsistent, but seems to be improving. I wouldn't be surprised if him and Machado were competing for a roster spot as a backup point guard. Jai Lucas shouldn't be on the roster. He wasn't good enough to be in the rotation at Texas.
I hope he's not going to have to prove himself or something like that. He earned that spot after last year's unbelievable performance.
I think it gives you an advantage because the player has an opertunity to develope an relationship with the organization and the coaches have a chance to get a comfort level with the players. But of course nothing is garunteed. Most summer league players are just trying to be seen so they get on with anyone though.
With this stacked roster, are the Rockets hoping to pull another Donte green type trade? Hopefully, some of these players can "up" their stock & be an important piece in a major trade.
