and bit more agile and athletic. It's odd to me how critics think he is two rail thin to be an effective SG, defensively. Yet, I don't even think Martin weighs as much as he does.
Martin has better range and I believe will always be a better shooter than Lamb. Lamb does have a nice mid-range shot, and can finish nicely around the basket. His defensive potential can hopefully be useful for us, if gets stronger.
Definitely has the handles and a good shot. That floater in the lane looks good too. He seems to move and react a bit slow though. Doesn't seem to have the elite athleticism he would need to create his own shot. So the Martin comparison seems apt.
I find it amusing that you were **** ridin T Will and Hill yet you gave this group of guys a grade of F. All 3 of these guys will be better.
From looking at his stats from last year, it looks like he averages about 3-4 FT's per game... not very K-Mart-like .... well, not the old K-Mart, anyway.
For those who haven't seen the TMac dunk he's referencing: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/TtJRVrh5y6U" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
For good measure: <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/q9fJEG2gbuM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Stoked on Lamb.
Yes bc he didn't play against good competition in the Big East while averaging great numbers. His FG % for a 2 is really impressive.
