Mega-White-Boy-Super-SQUAD!!! Rub/Bud/Bird/Love/Pekovic!!!
Maybe if he practices with his brother over the summer, I can see them trying to play PP at the 3 before they play MM.

THIS. Remember C-bud's like the 55th pick or whatever. 2 years later and we get the 18th pick for him? DM the GM strikes again! And honestly its also a good deal for Minny, no offense to Kaaaaaaahn!!!! but I think he's one of the worst drafters ever. Dude has as many top 5 picks as OKC and his best player is STILL Love, the guy Mchale drafted before he arrived. So really what will he do to that pick? Butcher it again, probably. C-bud is like Kmart, practically tailor fit to Adelman's gameplan. He's a good shooter with some all around skills, and I think he's gonna blossom playing with a playmaker of Rubio's caliber and a low post threat like Love. Its a good deal for both teams, but the value we got out of it is just insane.
word is that indiana will hire donnie walsh. i guess we can add the pacers to the kings, wolves, knicks, and vipers on our expanding list of feeder teams.
Why doesn't Minny go after Martin? Seriously. Adelman and Martin were seamless together. Of course... come to think of it, they have nobody of value other than Love and Rubio.... lol.
if this trade of Budinger will help us get Dwight Howard to join our team then its a good deal. what other moves should they make though for this to work?
I have a good feeling about Morris. Remember when Harden wasn't doing much? He had been given playing time, but never took it to the next level. I believe if given a decent opportunity... that he could get close to a Harden. He is so raw that he needs PT.
That'd be like a last-case scenario if we can't manage to get Dwight (or apparently Josh Smith). Even so which one goes? Camby or Dalembert?
Kwame Brown was a #1 pick, you think teams are lining up to trade their #20 picks for him just because he was #1? I think it's another lateral trade, Chase's value was around this range, and frankly this is a weak draft.
The draft is weaker at the top, but very, very deep. A #18 this year is like a #12 in previous years.
The most important thing is perception. GM's and experts think it is deep. Thats what is most important.
So once s second rounder, always a second rounder? Well we should be able to get Manu easily with the 18th pick then.
Adelman prefers Martin, but the GM probably told Adelman we prefer to add Bud's salary for 1 year and go for Martin next free agency. Adelman would give that the nod. They might think Martin can be signed for the MLE. Everyone's happy and Adelman gets the Peja (cough) shooter his offense needs.
