Best Games on Xbox

    Since I'm like 99% sure that I'm getting an Xbox for Christmas, I want to know what the best games on the system are.

    I already know the first game I want to get is NCAA College Basketball 2K3. If anyone has a reason not to get this game say it now cause I probably getting it soon.

    Now my favorite genre of games are Sports and Fighting. Anything else I probably dont play unless its like a great exception. So if you have any game that will interest me post it here and I'll check out the game. Thanks and have a very Merry Christmas. :)

    A little old, but NCAA Football 2003 is a must buy. NCAA college basketball 2k3, is pretty good. It's def worth buying.

    Hmm, any Sega Sports game, although I think Microsoft's sports title are fun but unrealistic. Fighting games: MK: Deadly Alliance, Capcom vs. SNK2, Dead or Alive 3, and there should be a few more released in the future (Soul Caliber 2). As for other Genres u didnt mention, any Tony Hawk game, Jet Set Radio Future, DOA:Volleyball should be fun, SSX Tricky, Street Hoops is OK just too EASY!, and HALO 2 is going to be the reason to get an XBox next year.

    BTW, whats the 1% that ur not going to get it? :confused:

    Hey kidrock8, my brother was always playing ncaa football 2k2 on the dreamcast so since were trading it in I think my brother metioned something about he likes EA Sports in college football over Sega Sports and that we should get NCAA Football 2003 for the Xbox. Your post reminded me. As long as it has Vincent Young I should be happy with the game.

    Dave2000, I said 99% because I never want to jinx myself so I left the 1% just incase.

    I have NCAA 2003 on the XBox and don't know if Vincent Young
    is in the game or not. But I am a Aggie fan and never have played with the longhorns. Reggie McNeal is in the game though.

    NHL2002 was awesome - NHL2003 is probably great also.

    XBOX Live is pretty sweet!

    Thanks kidrock8 for telling me because I saw on gamefaqs that some freshman were missing so I'm glad its not Young. BTW does anyone know his rating on the game.

    NBA2k3...Best basketball simulation!!!
    Halo...of course.
    Rallisport Challenge...OK racing game.
    MechAssault...great but you need XBox Live.

    I am pretty sure i am going to get an xbox here either tommorow or the next day, so if it came down to it what game should i get Halo or Splinter Cell?

    Splinter Cell

    Games for X-box

    Ok i got NBA 2k3 for Christmas and Nhl 2003, i am deciding whether to trade in NHL 2003 for NHL2k3 and trade my Nba for Live....

    I also wanna pick up 2 more games, what games you suggest??
    Im thinking Ghost Recon
