I don't get all the dirty teeth jokes. The poor guy clearly has those "invisible" braces that aren't invisible but just make your teeth look gross that pro athletes get for some unknown reason.

Were your teeth pearly white when you had braces? Mine sure weren't.

Have seen him play a few times. He is a possible NBA rotation player if he develops and is used properly. He plays hard and hustles and good enough ability. I do not think that he is anything special though. He actually reminds me of a less athletic but brighter Randy Foye.

If Morey trades Martin and does not resign Lee then outside of drafting a SG he will have to do some exploring to fill the position. Over the years Morey has made alot of moves and the team is in the same position lets hope frustration does not set in.

Take it easy, take it easy. PEACE!

My smile in pictures is a little more :) because I don't show my never-had-braces teeth.

In any case, looks like Morey's thinking backup for the 1/2 spots with this guy.

why didnt any teams simply just draft him in the second round?? sounds fishy doesnt it?

i think teams are inquiring for him to join their summer league teams or this looks like a james white type of signing

I like him. We can have him play backup to Lee, or have him replace Lee.

If you want to win now as in next season he should not be replacing Lee. Back-up fine, but if he is replacing him then we are headed for another year of the lottery.

these euro guys are so hard to judge on youtube highlights… i say take a pass on him then he ends up being the next Manu Ginobilli..

i actually really like the Evan Fournier kid.. but like i said he could end up being either Manu or Marco Bellinelli.. just to hard to judge.. imo

This comment does not apply to the Shved situation. Shved was not drafted, so you can't hold his rights while he plays in Europe (like they did with Motiejunas, Llull, Eliyahu and others). If you acquire Shved, you have to have him on the 15-man roster and have to pay him right away. He might see the court right away like Parsons did or might not earn any playing time, but you can't exactly hold him as part of the "draft rights stockpile."

Hmmn I remember making a post about the guy during a draft a few years back. I think he was one year shy of being eligible to be drafted and he was participating in some 18 & under tournament thingamagigy(like McDonalds all american thing).

I remember at the time he was dubbed "The Russian Penny Hardaway". Doubtful that he compares to Penny but he must have some talent for the comparison and the interest shown by NBA teams.
