How sick is it that the Lakers could draft James?

They're 11-18. I figure that in the west to make the playoffs you have to win around 44 or 45 minimum. Remember the Rockets were 45-38 two years ago and didn't make it. So that gives the lakers 19 or 20 more losses the rest of the season. That calculates into having to play .654 ball the rest of the way. Something like 34-19. I really don't see them making the playoffs. And I think if it looks dire they will tank it big time and try grab LeBron James. How sick is that? James, Bryant, and Shack. Then all they would need is a couple of decent pickups on their bench and they're golden again for another title run. Sick, just sick.

This is just pure pipe dream stuff, but Lebron can definitely help the Lakers. He could play the initiator role, making Kobe's wish to be on the wing a reality.

Oh my...if the Lakers got Lebron James. They would be the Champions once again. But that's impossible. Kobe and Lebron James with Shaq...haha

    1) It's the wrong forum

    2) If the Lakers could pick up a few players for their bench, they'd be golden for another title run right now

    3) Lebron James would definitely make them, by far, the best and undisputed best team in the league. Why? Because when you have the #1 pick coming off your already title-contending team's bench, then what the hell will stop you? Lebron at 6'7, and Kobe at 6'6 would be the starting backcourt most probably.
