I've ordered the combo many times in the past, and each time I feel like I'm getting overcharged $1 just because I don't want a sandwich with meat. It just seems a little unfair for vegetarians. I considered ordering a "Blackforest ham" (or whatever it is) minus the meat, but thought they'd give me a hard time about that so I just ordered a straight veggie sandwich.
Veggie Delight = normal price. Whatever was on special minus the meat = $5. Just order the special minus the meat. For a buck difference he's probably going to get blasted by hotballa too. Poor guy.
You were wrong in arguing for that $1 difference. Good arguements though. Really, for $1, the arguments and posting? Mental health is worth something too. Don't let the stress come to you.
Dude its subway bro, they have to pretend that they enjoy making the sub in front of you when we all know they would rather spit in it with a big smile... Just let it go man, they have to put up with enough **** as it is already... Dude I remember a customer complained about wanting a clean knife to cut her sub when all it has touched was the bread itself???? She complained about that, lol...
durvasa you are so wrong. Next time I will pay you a buck to not hold up the effing long ass line at subway
Quick, Durvasa whip me out a formula... I need total time of argument spent gaining whatever the price savings were including tax savings ($1.08?) to calculate what your time is worth. The statistics here will help me understand whether this argument was legit or not.
certainly not paired with the word 'delight'.. figures a vegetarian would be arguing and holding up the line. Like the comedian says: 'Show me a guy who is a vegetarian, and I'll show you a guy who is trying to have sex with a vegetarian.'
