    get rid off:

    1. Kevin Martin - can't stand this guy
    2. Patrick Patterson - very replaceable
    3. Samuel Dalembert - we can replace him via Draft or F. Agency
    4. Kyle Lowry (trade while he still has high value)

Dragic, Parsons and Lee all 3 deserve to play for an NBA team

I don't want Scola's old ass and Kevin Martin's stat padding. I don't care anymore if these two guys have great athletic attitude. They're bad. Their contracts are albatrosses.

I'm willing to give Patterson one more shot. I've seen that Lee's solid, not exceptional. Budinger is just fringe talent but you can't really fault a probable career 8th man.

Camby and Dalembert can stay. I like Dragic more but Lowry's a decent back-up.

I sure as **** hope Morris learns to play 3 next year.

Assuming we can draft Arnette Moultrie (PF) and Meyers Leonard (C) with our 14th and 17th picks, the Rockets IMO should re-sign Dragic and retain Scola, Parsons, Lee, Camby, Dalembert and Budinger if at all possible. I would use Kevin Martin, Kyle Lowry, Marcus Morris and 2Pat as trade bait to either move up in the draft or upgrade the SG position.

Martin is a strong scorer but a defensive liability. Bud is a solid bargain at backup SF (points per contract dollars). Thus:

5 -- Camby, Dalembert and Leonard
    4 -- Scola and Moultrie
    3 -- Parsons and Budinger
    2 -- Lee and ?
    1 -- Dragic and ?

If we can keep 2Pat and 2M, so much the better. Lowry wouldn't be happy as the Dragon's backup, and Martin is an equally savory piece of trade bait.

I don't care who goes or stays I just want a high upside player via draft or an legit star player, this has to be the most boring season for me as a rocket fan it's been 3 years now and were in the same boat right in the middle missing the playoffs.

    Martin, pat, dalembert, Lowry, scola
Only because scola will decline so we need to trade him now
Lowry because of chemistry (should have sold when he was high)
    Dal (bad team option)
    Pat no explanation needed
Martin because he's expiring and he won't re sign

I do not want to see any morbidly obese women in a Rockets uniform next year.

KMart (obviously his heart is not in HOU), PPat (terrible regression), Dalembert (we really need youth at the 5).

but most of all, McHale (he has no business being head coach if he doesn't have any alternative game plans)

DO NOT WANT: Budinger, Patterson, Scola

NEUTRAL/DON'T CARE/UNDECIDED: Boykins, Dalembert, Fortson, Lee*, Lowry*, Martin*, Simpson, Smith

    KEEP: Camby, Dragic, Morris, Parsons

*Based off of what they can get us and/or how much they will want.

Scola needs to come off the bench of a contending team (i.e. different team). If we can replace him with a viable post up threat and interior defender, that would be a huge upgrade. I'm actually OK with Dragic/Lowry and Lee in the backcourt and Parsons/Budinger at the 3 spot.

Keep Dragic, Parsons, Morris, and Lee

The rest of the team could go. Bud will likely stay b/c of his contract. Scola isn't getting any better. Love his heart and hustle but we are rebuilding. Kmart isn't a superstar. Lowry's trade value is at an all time low because of all the injuries. Hernia surgery isn't a big deal but I don't think anyone would trade much for him at this point. Bring back Camby to back up Donuts next year.

Of course I'd trade any of our "assets" for a superstar.
