As critical as this game was, it's only one game. We still have a chance tomorrow. True we've lost two very important games against Jazz and Nuggets but fan reactions should always be positive, or at least have some positive factors in it. In truth, we never had a shot in the playoffs. OKC have been working their asses off the whole season and as inexperienced as their duo is, they won't let a team such as ours throw any kind of upset. And even if we do beat OKC, we're not going to win the West semis. Our team is young, and we've spung out a lot of surprises, but the best thing we can look forward to is the rebuilding of the team next year.
I think it is honestly the strike shortened season, the injuries and schedule have finally taken their toll and our guys are out of gas. DD
We would have lost Dragic, and possibly overpaid for Nene who is garbage now..... Stern did the Rockets a favor.... DD
True, that is a good point.....lol. Look, I hope the fans continue to stay away from the Toyota center and voice their displeasure with the product this management is putting out there. Vote with your $$$$ that is the only thing Le$ understands. DD

The only problem is if it all works out right he cant do anything about it by next year. Morey pretty much has almost no draft pick the way things are working out now.
Why should fans care when there is no product for us to watch? To the average fan it appears that all the pieces are trying as best they can. Morey, McHale, the players, they're all doing their best to win. Why then do fans not give a rat's ass about showing up to cheer their team on? Because there's no legitimacy. No casual Rockets fan believes that we have a shot to be competitive this year, and passionate fans like us are even more disheartened by the direction the franchise has (or hasn't) gone in. If Les wants the Rockets to become a relevant franchise again in terms of fan interest, he's going to have to agitate with Stern to net us another top draft pick. We all know the NBA is a dirty, corrupt league, and that the bottom line of finances is what controls the on-court performance. So fans aren't stupid. Les and David Stern, you won't get **** from us until you undo the damage you did to our franchise and give us back what you took from us: hope. Give us the idea that we COULD win a championship at the beginning of our next year, even if we don't do it. Until then we'll continue to turn away from your entertainment option and see it for the ****ty product that it is.
Right? Because everyone else is playing a regular season, doesn't incur injuries and have an easier schedule right?
