Agreed. I just feel obligated to post something Rockets related, even if it is ESPN's hard research and deep thoughts.

Guess ESPN think's we might actually make it to the playoffs if they're already saying we should lose to the Lakers.... In my book that's a win for the Rockets.

Both LA teams are a bad matchup for us, I'll take anyone but those two.

Well the Lakers aren't going to get higher than a 3 seed so unless we finish 6th we won't face them. It's SA or OKC.

I think we can if we attack Bynum and Gasol and have them in foul trouble every game. Both of them will be under tremendous pressure in both offense and defense. Our guards/wings and PFs will need to constantly/relentlessly attack the paint and try draw fouls on those two. Cant to afford to play Scola t the 5 at all - this is key.

Let Kobe be Kobe but shutdown Gasol and Bynum and we can do it.

    We can easily beat Lakers.

Just make Kobe jack up 30+ shots (40 + on elimination game) with Parsons on him.

Camby + Dalembert actually fight for position so Bynum will be slightly less effective. You can't be like DeAndre Jordan and try and block Bynum's shots.... You have to fight all the time against a center like that.

They are right......we can't beat the Lakers in 7. We can't beat OKC in 7 either. Basically we are going to be the proverbial first round snack if we even make it.

As long as Kevin Martin isn't taking the last shots..I think we have a chance. He has zero clutch. That would be my concern, close games where Martin goes on his sporadic trend of bricking three pointers

They are right. The Lakers' bigs together are just too much. Last time we pulled away right around the time Bynum got ejected.
