and they never credited Dragic for his 2 points, what would happen? Im sure that has never happened in the nba before. I know earlier in the season that happened in a game when Hou played OKC in Houston, but they found out and took points off the scoreboard. Had we lost by 1 we would all be furious!!
A lot of you guys were talking about this in the GT. When was it not counted? Just curious because I didn't notice it...
Late in the 3rd Quarter when the Rockets were rallying Dragic made a tough And 1 shot but they never added the two points to the scoreboard
They also gave Chicago two free points instead of a defensive 3 second violation by the Rockets...wtf?
Replay. Similar to game in which Shaq received a mystery foul and fouled out. Remember how Miami and Atlanta had to repeat the final 2 minutes? I think it might be a similar situation.
Do not care. The team winning while the refs make it hard is kind of like making the refs look bad anyways. I can see how if some calls went the Rockets way ever and it was called even every night the Rockets would win more. It just seems like thats the case because its our team. Refs might always be horrible and bias in one way or another. Just have to deal with it and keep being the better person.
If it's the one where he made that and 1, they counted it. http://www.nba.com/games/20120402/HOUCHI/gameinfo.html?ls=gt2hp0021100786#nbaGIboxscore
Deng made a jumper right when they called 3 seconds. So they just said we'll give em the 2 and no 3 seconds. Not saying its the right call, but its not like it was "free".
YEAH I saw this too... I was waiting for the points to be taken off... but it never happened. Did anyone else catch this, or did I just misinterpret the situation?
The radio guys were making a huge deal about it. They counted Dengs shot again was what he was saying.
What I assumed happened was the 3 second violation was not a 3 second violation. One of the officials went to explain to the coaches, and I assume the camera man also thought it would be a dead ball situation. Instead, there was no dead ball and play continued, whiles the referee was talking to one of the coaches. The Bulls scored on that play, but the camera was showing the sidelines instead so we never saw them score. Hence, the reason the Bulls commentators were asking what the official was doing, because the play was going on whiles the official was talking.
Yea i noticed the score was screwed up but the bulls announcers made no mention of it so i just assumed i was the one who got it wrong.......apparently not.
