    I had a friend who ate sonic cheeseburgers, plain with no veggies for more than 95 percent of his meals. He committed suicide before the age of 30. I have to wonder if part of his problem was a nutritional imbalance.

    I think the . . DROP THEY B*TCH *SSES IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE cure.

    Put them somewhere . . .where they cannot just order that isht instantly. . .
    some remote village. . .and just leave them there. . .

    - Too "old fashioned"
    - Not enough "theory" involved
    - Not enough direct application of support to person.
    - Too much perceived risk to person
    - Too much liability on the people applying the approach

    Therefore the method will get shunned and rejected.

    Even if "tough love" has been an EFFECTIVE approach for THOUSANDS of CENTURIES.

    Honestly these people, especially the 33 year old that just eats pizza, need some serious psychological help. I mean she really shakes when she is presented with something other than pizza?

    Either she is locked into an infantile mindset of exaggerating her disgust or she has some sort of phobia regarding food. Both of those are problems as an adult.

    Variety in nutrients. We can eat the same food for life too as long as we have our nutrient balance
