If we claimed him off waivers, would we get his Bird rights? Then we could use him in a sign and trade at this summer, kind of like the Keith Van Horne deal.

I remember that Oden has just played the total amount only equaled one season game in the past 4 years. Although I still have some trust on his skill and ability, the injuries are really suck.

Oden best chance at a career would be in pr0n, as that old grampa hitting on 18 year olds.

Can we just sticky this until Oden officially retires? I can't seem to repeat it enough:

They had to "settle" for what didn't hurt him, rather than what solved the issue. That's because an orthotic won't solve it. If it did, then his now normal gait wouldn't include a limp. Plus, if his leg was "hanging on for dear life" back then, who knows how much damage was caused before he finally had surgery. He was walking on it like that, maybe even playing sports.

he'd injure himself doing pr0n at this point in his career.

Portland is a bad luck city plagued with injuries? What the hell do you think Houston is?

Will the OP bet his Clutchfans access on Oden's triumphant return?

"Id Oden is not starting for an NBA team by the end of the 2013-2014 season then the OP can never start a thread or post in any section about Rockets team strategy.

You'd only be allowed to talk about non-Rockets-basketball stuff on a Rockets basketball blog.

    Do you accept these terms?

Does anyone remember what it was that Kobe had done over the offseason to his knee? Also, why can't players like Oden and Roy have it done?

Because Kobe has normal legs that are the same size and he is also about a 100 pounds lighter. Plus Kobe has never had several microfracture knee surgeries or hip surgeries.

Yet, Oden and Roy are still young guys.
