JJ is a good play though, the only reason people get screwed is cause they overestimate the hand. I would take pocket jacks any day of the week. Just play it the right way.
You have to raise pre-flop so that all the sh!tty hands get out. If the flop has no Q,K or A you're almost sure you won. If the flop has Q, K or A you're f!cked in 80% of the situations though...Not raising pre-flop was his biggest mistake, but I'm sure he did it for entertainment purposes.
Blinds - 75/150 Early Position makes a standard 3x. Hero has roughly 21BB. I'm def not a fan of the pre flop call in late position. I would prefer a jam at this point pre to steal 1125 if you felt this guy was loose. 2.5x betting him to 1125 would have put pressure on him as he was sandwiched between you and the first guy that called him. Depending on the texture of the board, you could have def got away from JJ if he flats your raise. As far as him calling the post flop jam, he was actually a slight favorite (54%). This was pretty standard post flop for him to call. If the hero plays aggressive pre-flop, this hand could have very well ended up in his favor.
Actually if you watch, in one of the hands he is knocked out and it shows 13.88 is added to his account. I think that he video captured the hands while he is playing and then he added the commentary later.
I quit playing poker because donks at the casino call everything. Playing 1/2 blinds, I raised 30 preflop with AA and a donk with 9-10 suited calls that. He flops the straight naturally. **** POKER!!! Even if you play logical, don't expect the other player to. People call like crazy at the casino with ****ty hands and luck out all the time.
