    I'm not trying to compare Earl and Eddie, just wanted to throw some stats out there for digestion. Eddie is right there in my opinion.

    Numbers/schmubers.

    Put me in a one-on-one drill with George and I tackle him maybe 1 out of every 30 times.

    Put me in the same drill with Earl and I run away.

    Earl created fear. Earl punished. Earl got better as the game went on. Earl was so much better it's not even close.

    I am by far the biggest Oiler/Titan fan, and even I know that George doesn't compare to Campbell.

    I think the people who are saying that George is as good as Earl obviously never saw Earl play. I like George and he is an above average back but Earl was one of the top 5 backs of all time. Earl was amazing and I think the MJ reference is right on. You knew you were watching greatness whenever he touched the ball.
