Yep the in-store BF deals weren't really that great when compared to some deals you can find online. If your willing to a little work I got a Inspiron 14z with i5-2430M for $400 net for my parents. Here's a thread on it http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?t=3614467 Dell currently has a promotion of receiving a $75 gift with $400 gift card purchase and the $600 laptop comes with a $125 AMEX giftcard. So buy a $400 giftcard from Dell, receive the $75 bonus giftcard. Apply both to the $600 computer and receive an additional $125 AMEX giftcard. So $600-$75-$125 = $400. Very sleek and thin mid-range laptop for the price. None of ugly and very cheap stuff they sell on BF
Forget to add You also have to chat with a rep or call them to apply both gift cards, as the online system only allows one. Very easy to do. So the downside to this deal is some work, and a $125 giftcard some people may not like.
Someone mentioned earlier they got a $40 gift card when they bought the Ipod touch, but that's only online. In store it's $30.
So I went to Old Navy yesterday and spent more than 40 dollars to get a free camera, and my girlfriend did the same at a different Old Navy... They were out of cameras at both.... and it was barely like 11 in the morning. Anybody know what the return policy is for Old Navy and Toys R Us?? Is it any different cause they are black friday purchases?? I want to return some things...
Got a 46' Samsung LED SmartTV for $800, and a bunch of other crap for the house for 60-70% off. Good day. I think I have spent over $2500 just these past 2 days. Thank god BF is over, now I can save again. No more shopping till Christmas.
Amazon had an XBox 360 4 GB + kinect + $50 credit for $199 yesterday. Outside of that, they and others have had the XBox 360 4 GB + Kinect for $199'ish. It's a good deal that's at a lot of places, I guess. You can get it on Microsoft's site, too.
I'm about to blow somebody's brains out over these god****ting PS3 controllers. I placed an order for 1 from Radioshack for 34.99 and they cancelled due to "lack of stock". Then an ad came up last night for 19.99 PS3 Dualshocks at Gamestop so I ordered 3 and then this morning I got a nice little "Price error" bull**** email from Gamestop telling me that that was the incorrect price. As luck would have it, I ordered the red one from Newegg for 34.99 and then emailed them to cancel it but they ignored my request and shipped it out to me anyway. So basically a flawless trifecta of absolute **** customer service led to me finally getting a PS3 Controller.
What's the difference between the Sony PS3 controllers and the ones made by other manufacturers. I was forced to go to Ross a week or so ago and they had quite a few PS3 wireless controllers with the shock thingy by some manufacturer I have never heard of but they were $11. I got 2 and it works just like the Sony one.
sony controllers feel way better and more natural. the other manufacturers quality is a step down from sony IMO
Costco. I think so. Not that much off though. In Cali, it was only $400 off of the original price. Eh, I needed one so paid for it.
Best Buy's Cyber Monday sale is up. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Misc/null/pcmcat260100050016.c?id=pcmcat260100050016
This ps3 controller deal isn't that great for 35 bucks. A few months ago, I got a package of the red sony controller and gow 1 and 2 for 40 bucks from best buy.
Can anybody tell me if I missed out on the XBOX 360 Holiday bundle that Amazon was going to have up today??
Try Microsoft's website. They ran out of the 4GB/Kinect if that's what you were looking for, however they have the 250GB/Fable3/Halo Reach for 200.
