i'm sure all college football fans caught the ending to the UK vs. LSU game on Sportscenter. Well on College Gameday, Corso was making fun of a UK fan that was storming the field after Randall's heave. He had the biggest smile on his face as he ran towards the LSU qb... suddenly his facial expression just dropped in the most comical way when the pass was caught for a TD and LSU wins. i've been scouring the Internet hoping someone would post the pics, and I finally found them. check out the Kentucky fan in the tie! Fortunately I turned to ESPN2 at the right time to watch the live bonus coverage. 92 yards in 9 seconds. After the score, the station put up a graphic with UK as the winner...I guess the guys in the truck were ready to call it a day early.
i'm almost 100% positive this will become an ESPN "Instant Classic" and will show up on ESPNC sometime in the next 2 weeks.
I need to find someone with ESPN Classic this week so that I can tape the OU-A&M game when it comes on Friday. I didn't realize it until after it was over, but that was the most fun I've had watching a football game in a long time... fantastic ballgame. By the way, if anyone wants to see the UT game that didn't do PPV, it is being rebroadcast on FSN tonight at 2 am.
I keep picturing that visa ad: Tie $50.00 tickets: $100 etc. etc. Priceless Thats one way to have your weekend ruined.
