We'll see after another 82-game (or shorter) season.

What does this mean? Technically they aren't part of the NBA right now and even if they were why wouldn't it be legal?

I think by "legal", they meant it wouldn't give Kobe an unfair advantage like a PED or steroids would.

ok, this procedure does not guarantee anything. I remember two seasons ago, tracy mcgrady was raving about some new procedure he had received . saying all that good stuff. "i got my lift back in my shot, I feel 100%, etc etc".

He then went on to have another injury riddled disappointing season.

So i wont believe anything until i see results.

Not throwing accusations but I think it'll be great when science advances far enough where they can regrow body tissue like knee cartilage without having to perform an invasive surgery. Imagine a veteran Kobe with the knee cartilage of an 18 year old.
