http://sports.espn.go.com/dallas/nb...f&id=6743774&campaign=rss&source=NBAHeadlines I think he would be huge for this team. His skill set and position are near perfect for the current team. Houston has several quality schools. Our organization has a great history, especially at center. Our success is similar to Dallas except we won 2 championships. Adding him to the team would increase our chances I think. If Morey turns some of these "assets" into a star, I think Houston would be on the top of Chandler's list. It's the offseason and a lockout. I need some sort of Rockets discussion
I have this gut feeling that Chandler actually wants to come to houston. He spoke about thinking about coming to houston. I wouldnt mind him coming to houston

Probably so might Battier and Dalembert. If they can get Battier and one of the 2 centers, they'd already be the best team.
He wants to get paid and Cuban isn't going to pay him big bucks until he knows what the new rules will be. If Cuban can pay him, he will.
And i can sense Chuckwagon too. Adding Battier, Dalembert/Chandler, Chuckwagon makes them the best team.
Thats right, he has a history of overplaying his Centers to prevent them from leaving (Diop, Dampier, Haywood). I think same will happen with NeNe in Denver and Jordan with Clippers. Dalembert might take a pay cut to sign with the Heat. Doesnt leave us with much. Fesenko it is.
That is such a misleading statement. Yes when he was asked were you aware Houston wanted to you in the summer he acknowledged he was aware of it but doesn't think about it now that he is with Dallas. He never sounded like he had any desire specifically to come to Houston. Also we do not have any cap space for him. So it would have to be a sign and trade. I can assure you Dallas won't be doing us any favors. Plus he is still injury prone and one year does not make that not a reality. Finally like others have said next year is the best shot at free agents not this year.
So the list is: Vince Carter Tracy McGrady Shane Battier Samuel Dalembert Tyson Chandler Jesus if this were 2001 this would be a good team.
