I think it's safe to say that they'll make the playoffs every year they're together but what if they can never win the ring? How long will Riley tie up the payroll in the 3 of them?

If they don't win after how many years? They weren't suppose to win it this season but are on the brink, so 2 for sure but i'd say after 3 years of no rings, Riley may start to experiment with the idea.

In 2013/2014, they'll have just six players with contracts, but their payroll will still be $4 million more it is this year. Crazy.

IMO they will trade bosh in the next 2 years and keep d-wade and lebron. No disrespect towards bosh, he is a good player but that is wade and james team. His numbers have gone done horribly while james and wade has stayed around the same

If they dont win it in the next two or three, the first thing that will happen is Bosh will get shipped out. You need a PF that rebounds, especially when you are weak at center.

    Will be interesting.

Logic says that Bosh would be the first to go but not winning it is possible that maybe Wade-Lebron start to drift away from each other...pointing the finger at each other it would be natural.

I also don't think they are a lock to win the title. Lot of talent going around and other teams like the Bulls, Celtics, Knicks etc are not just going to sit around and NOT make improvements.

Plus if the Lakers DO get Howard then they can forget about winning the next two years.

2 or 3 years at the most. Give it another run next season and maybe once more after that.

I'm not sure Bosh is who they will trade.

If they make the finals next year, which they should, I say the full 5 years, but if they don't, things will change.

I don't think they have much of a window with the "Big three." Wade is aging, and Lebron's game seems to be in decline. He's probably not going to age as gracefully as Kobe, Pierce, Ray Allen, etc. because of his reliance on athleticism, which seems to have slipped a tad.

In Pat Riley's shoes, I'd trade Bosh for depth and try to land scrappy bigs like Anderson Varejao and competent perimeter defenders.

Wade and Lebron knew they could make up the difference and then some via endorsements... Who the hell is gonna endorse Bosh except Lady GaGa???

They have 6 year contracts with 3rd year player termination options, I'd imagine to make it difficult to trade them.
