I don't disagree with most of your points -- that was my favorite lineup as well. The thing is: you can't have Havok without Cyclops. I realize others have said this, but you just can't do it. Havok is a cooler character though.

I think that was the MAJOR problem.
They were so hot to get Wolvie and that krew into the Movie
that they just tried to JUMP to the Middle

They should have just started off with the Weak X-Men
Then added Wolvie and them later

Havok is a bit of a cooler character. They could have made Cyclops badass
    but they wimped out.

Best buy is having their weekly special on the X men dvds at 3.99 each and the blu ray for 7.99. The part 1and part 2 was sold out on blu ray and the 3rd one was sold out on the dvd version. Whats cool is that each one had a free ticket to see first class. I got the X men origins Wolverine. Not really the best but for 8 bucks on blu ray, it was worth it to me.

But here is my two cents. I read that some people on here don't think the 3rd one was that good compared to the other two, but I disagree. I liked the 3rd one. First 2 of Singer's movies was just too much talking to me. And we never had that epic group fight scene in the first 2. We finally got in the 3rd one but it was a little disappointing they didn't have Cyclops in it.

That's the reason the third movie was terrible. It did have Cyclops in it and they killed him without mentioning his death until latter on in the movie. They had all these cool characters that they killed off or messed up to the point that all they were was a name. Like Psylocke, Juggernaunt, and Angel. I'm not sure why they don't just reboot it with the original x-men and start over. Either way I'll watch it. But Havoc.....why?

    The NightCrawler intro . . . That was Badass . . .
    and
The Intro of Wolverine Origins were probably the best scenes

Every X-Men film has entertained me. I'm not looking for the Shawshank Redemption here.

I thoroughly look forward to seeing this one.

Damn, the rating is going down fast. Wasn't really a big fan that the movie is taking place during the Cuban Missile Crisis but I'll catch it on Saturday over KFP2. Better be on par with X-Men2.

I liked it. I still liked X2 the best. Magneto and Professor X were great but something about it wasnt as good as I thought it would be. The Baconator should get his own movie though.

With the exception of continuity errors
(Professor X walking in flashbacks during one of the X-Men movies)
, that was some damn fine writing. And acting too.

Is she Mystique? She looks like a younger Renee Zellwegger.
