Outside of a couple of nice assists, Artest looked pretty lost out there. His 3-pointers enduced a few groans from the crowd. Did Marion defend him that well?

Dallas's bench definitely lived up to the billing as one of the best in the league.

How do the Mavs give Kobe a wide open look? They got lucky there.

maybe i'm blind but how are people not seeing kidd clearly running into gasol? gasol didn't just suddenly forget how to hold a basketball. i wanted the mavs to win so i'm glad there was no call, but there certainly seemed to be contact.

if I remember correctly in a game with the rockets miller was called for a foul when a player ran into him so you can't complain about that

    Meaning what exactly?

If you remember, his complaints have won his team games (or so according to some posters...)

why is fisher's foul after kobe's turnover not a clear path foul? because they're the lakers?

I'm actually enjoying it. Unlike recent playoffs, an upset is very much a possibility in every second-round matchup this year. And it's great seeing the Lakers looking mortal.

Amazing they didn't call that, too obvious to overlook.
Was all set up for another "special" referee-treatment for LA.

Lakers do this pretty much every round now. Lose a game at home, it's almost become their thing.

All you people rooting for the Mavs will regret it. This I feel like is pretty much the WCFs. The Grizzlies are good but not good enough to beat the Lakers or the Mavs.

The Thunder are good but they get in their own way a lot of the times.

Yeah, I still think the Lakers have the edge, but I'm glad the Mavs are making it more of a series. For a while there in Game 1, it didn't look like they were going to.

I'm cool with Dallas making it to the finals, but I do think the Lakers have a better chance of beating the Heat. And the last thing I want is Miami getting a ring.

Ideally for me, Dallas beats LA, while Boston beats Miami.

Here's how I explain the end of the game: neither Dick Bavetta nor Joey Crawford reffed the game.

I don't think there's a conspiracy among all NBA referees to blatantly show favoritism to the Lakers. All refs tend to be a little biased in favor of the big name players (which the Lakers always have), but either Bavetta or Crawford has been there for just about every moment that fuels the conspiracy theories.
