Not really a sneakerhead, since i don't collect them, but i try to follow when they come out and check out new designs, features, and technology. Anyway, I wanted to mention Phil Knight, co-founder of Nike, will be on Oprah tomorrow. I think i heard they'll be looking inside Nike Headquarters, so i thought that may be kind of cool, especially if you like shoes.
Nope, but I have a friend that has seemingly every Nike ever made. Said friend does replay from the truck at sporting events. He's been to many big events, NBA all star games, Superbowls and such. Always seems to score some crazy limited addition Nike's. Collection is absolutely sick.
I used to have a nice collection but I've sold it off. Now I just admire from afar. I did however pick up the VII bordeaux, I missed out on those in jr. high. Other sites that I visit are niketalk, ndc and such.
I do have several different pairs of Adidas Superstar II's. black/white, white/black, gray/white, dark-red/black, white/green, blue/white, etc. lol I love them stripes.
I bought a pair of the royal blue Nike Air foamposite penny hardaway's recently. My favorite ball shoes of all time.
Ooc, do new "features" and "technology" marketed on shoes actually deliver? I understand newer materials but the actual design side just seems to be all aesthetics.
I love shoes. Though I only have like 15 pairs. I grew up poor, so I buy shoes I wanted but didn't get when I was a kid.
You should have seen the way I was getting flamed when I first started posting on here nothing can compare to that so I'm not worried.
