Next to Bill Russel and Moses, the best rebounder I have ever seen. Yes he was a goofball after some "meeting" with Madonna (an attention getting act), but he was good, really really good.

Finally!!! About time!!! He deserves it.

Bulls had 3 hall of famers in Jordan, Pippen and Rodman. And a hall of fame coach in Phil Jackson. How can they not win so many rings?

Just read his Wiki page. WOW! Now I understand why he's so whacked in the head.

Anyway, I've always thought he could have been a better scorer.

all time great. The league owed him too much. He didn't get the honor he deserved.

yea poor Reggie Miller, but Rodman deserves this. Regardless of what happened off the court, on the court he led by example and was a champion.

Hopefully he'll sober up on time for the ceremony....

dont think you will find a guy off those pistons or bulls who will say they could have won those titles without his pressence down low so ya id say he deserves it.

What is this with people saying he's top 2 or 3 best rebounder? He's by far and away the BEST rebounder EVER and it's really not close. Not to mention he's a top 5 defender of all time when you take into consideration that he could guard all five positions effectively.

Loved him competitiveness........One of the great "forefathers" of floppin with a purpose...His flopping was to draw a tech or foul on the opposing team not to avoid playin defense like these others shameless folks

You forgot about Chamberlain and Russell. And no, rebounding rate does not make the difference, if you computed the same stat for those guys in their whole careers rather than just tail end, they'd end up higher than Rodman.

I have never seen a defender get into the head of so many (all-star) players the way Rodman did, especially Karl Malone and Alonzo Mourning. Between his defense and trash talking he would just destroy their focus and win the "game-within-the-game". I can't think of a modern player who even come close to comparing to him.

    no he didn't... wtf

miller had a couple of memorable series against new york... but he was never a true superstar... "3× All-NBA Third Team (1995–1996, 1998)" do u really want this guy in the HOF?

Good for him but there's a man that should have been in there a long time ago Guy V Lewis.
