Glad to hear he's pulling through. I imagine he will have a long recovery ahead but hopefully the worst is behind.

Yes I did make a sign for AggieDentist, but the people at Staples said I couldn't bring it in because the largest sign that you can bring in was 11 x 17. I was gonna try and get some of the players to autograph it after the game or something like that but they made me throw it away  I've known him for over 15 years now and hoping he recovers quickly. Good win by the Rockets tonight even though it shouldnt have been close at all.

It's extremely easy to make mistakes driving downtown, especially if there are any distractions or anything out of the usual. I can think of a couple instances where I was lucky I didn't hurt anybody, including myself. Hope AD has a complete recovery.

That's the problem with blogging and leaving comments on stories and stuff. To many folks abused the internet and tend to think they're internet tough guys. Heck we have a few on this board. Some folks should have their keyboards shoved up their asses.

You should see some of the crap that people post on the Chron.

The Chron should have someone monitor that stuff or turn comments off for certain stories

They've done a better job within the past two weeks. Mainly you here crap about Quanell X, anything related to a liberal, Obama, Bill White, how they're losing their rights to own guns, immigration, city employees are useless(I agree on this), Joe Horn, and having a gay mayor.

I never read comments on anything to be honest. Anything that's political, allows people to make racial comments, or an accident like this, allows the idiots out of the woodwork. 12 year olds have cell phones with internet access nowadays. It's become too difficult to sift through the bs

I agree. I think the racial issue is coming to an all time high since 1960's and etc. Youtube makes it real easy for idiots to say whatever they want.

I keep checking this thread, hoping for another update. Sounds like things are cautiously optimistic. Definitely wishing AggieDentist the best.

He has 3 injuries. A broken clavicle. A laceration on his forehead which required stitches along with like a bruised eye. And the main injury is the skull fracture with some brain swelling/bruise.

Things are the same right now.. Heavily sedated so he doesn't waste brain power on anything else but recovering. Hopefully, the doctors can slowly get him off medication in a week or two and he'll be able to talk or something.
